China on the brink....

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/25/business/dealbook/a-warning-on-china-seems-prescient.html?emc=eta1&_r=0

There is no way to see what is going on in China as anything but a disaster happening. Will it blow into the big one? Probably not. But I remember the Chinese response to the 2008 meltdown. They indicated back then 1) Ha Ha Ha! and 2) the unworkable nature of capitalism and the superiority of the planned economic model.

Come again there Comrade?

The Chinese economy is 22% construction oriented. We were 6% at the height of the bubble popping. And all great calamities have had a simultaneous equity and real estate market unraveling.
Lots of luck Charlie. Now maybe you will stop your bellicosity in the South China Sea?
