No problem there. However the Civil War was about slavery. And slavery was and remains the biggest act of terrorism in the history of guilty man. The South wasn't fighting terrorism, they were perpetuating it. That being said the fact that in the view of many southern people the whole "taxation without representation" thing along with other aggressive acts of the north was viewed as terrorist in nature.
