Could the above quote from Hayek possibly be more fitting to the debacle that the implementation of Obama Care is turning out to be? How little you really know about what you imagine you can design. And the lack of lawful behavior is a shock too. Don't like something, delay it. Issue a fiat, give it another year. That is not how business is conducted in this country the last time I checked the Constitution. But why should we let something as trivial as that stand in our way? We have a society to engineer. Shove off.
