The mind boggles at the frustration this man must feel. I once heard of a guy who lived in a swanky gated community and painted part of his house a color that was not approved of by the neighborhood association. So he repainted the offending trim but then painted a giant "eye ball" on the side of his house in the correct colors. He kept it for 6 months until the lawsuit made him remove it. I guess the neighbors didn't miss the message.
