Just got off the phone with Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina. Not every day does a governor call me. Pretty cool for a Friday afternoon.

What kind of advice did you lay out for the popular governor from S.C.?
I have not seen the constraints the Feds are putting on the stimulous money thouroughly described, but if it is anything like the TARP money- he is right in running away from it.
