Randy Parker Hall of Fame: Lee Ohanian

This is my friend Lee Ohanian Ladies and Gentlemen. He is an economist at UCLA and one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. Here he is in a panel discussion about the New Deal. If you want to learn from history, have a listen.

It seems that Dr. Ohanian is a little worried that Obama will "pander to special interest groups" hmmm very interesting. Are there any bigger or more powerful special-interest groups than Wall Street and the Finance/Banking Industry? I guess there is big Oil and the Defense Industry and maybe the Pharmaceutical Industry and we should not forget about Energy and Insurance. Should we really be worried about someone getting a free meal? I don't see Greenpeace or the Sierra Club or even the infamous and obviously evil ACLU getting $700 Billion. Who has had their way for the last 8 years? I'll keep reading, maybe I will learn something.
