D.C. slips back to oblivion.



These are the same folks who voted Marion Barry back into office after he was sucking on a crack pipe. First Congress ends vouchers for the poorest of the poor and now voters turn out one of the few bright spots in that fettered and festering sewer that is the District of Columbia. Look at the graph above and then you tell me who needs education reform the most. Apparently it is not the District of Columbia.
