R. I. P. D. C. Education reform

Nowhere is education reform needed more than Washington D.C. Nowhere is more money spent on education per student than Washington D.C. Nowhere is less received per dollar expenditure than in the D.C. school system. We keep churning out kids that know nothing and are unemployable, and those are the ones who graduate. And the president said nothing.....
