Be patient and watch the 15 second ad at the beginning. Then listen to what is in store. This is not good at all.

What will be really bad is when the government starts tinkering with compensation in the healthcare field. There is a reason that the smart kids in class often go to med school. If you limit the compensation, which will be one of the cost cutting measures at some point, then going through 8 yrs. of school and 4 yrs. of residency is not as appealing.
