At left is long-time member of the Randy Parker Hall of Fame, Professor John Seater. He is an economist at North Carolina State University and a friend of many years. John is a straight forward, tell-it-like-it-is kinda guy, sort of like me. He and Robert Rosanna also started a scholarly fraternity by the name of "Friends from Dumps" of which he made me a full scale member many years ago.
